About Me

Hi! I’m Cassidy Methot, a designer and developer who’s passionate about UX/UI design

I recently completed my B.A. in Graphic Design and my B.A. in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from Roger Williams University. I graduated in the Honors Program as well as the Alpha Chi National Honor Society with a GPA of 3.9/4.0.

My experience spans human-computer interaction, website and mobile design and development, and product design. My goal is to create an intuitive user experience that balances designing from technical data/research with creative problem-solving. Through my internships and coursework, I’ve gained experience with Figma, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, user interviews, and usability testing.

I enjoy collaborating with people from a variety of different backgrounds, since I feel everyone has different experiences and feedback to offer. My biggest drive for designing is empathy, since I feel it is the best way to connect with the user and put myself in their shoes to advocate for their best interest.
